We fasten the elements of the strapping to the walls. One block at the top 10-20 cm from the ceiling and the lower bar at an altitude meter from the floor. It should be wider, fasten it more reliably, since shops will be attached to it. The rest are in any order. The surfaces of all bars of the strapping should be in the same plane (check the level). If the wall is uneven, then the thickness of the bars needs to be adjusted.
