If an insulated beam was used to build a house, the insulation can be additionally not used. However, most experienced builders still believe that this is additional insulation, and you cannot refuse the main one, no matter what. That is, it is better to use the insulated beam in order to make the structure even warmer than it would be if a bar of other types was used.
