The third group includes deficiencies formed as a result of an incorrectly given procedure for work. It is advisable to draw them according to the traditional scheme, starting from the walls, then moving to the floor and after that — to the ceilings. They start repairs usually with the most dirty works. Glazing of the loggia or balcony is already carried out at the final stage of repair — it is convenient to store building materials or install tools during repair.
