As for the quality of the dicks — almost all of them are made of steel type XCC, 9xc or P6M5. However, sometimes you can stumble upon older Soviet dies made of steel type P18. Despite its dilapidation, these dies are in most cases much better than modern. So, if you found Soviet samples, feel free to use them, even if they look slightly in appearance.
