Parents should have the opportunity to hire a tutor or a maid. In the villages with elite housing there should be a certain level of neighborhood. For example, if a whole ski slope is being built in the village, then people should live in it with a common tendency to ski or snowboarding. Of course, to live in a place where everything is is the dream of every person. But such an excess infrastructure makes life in the village 2-3 times more, because you have to pay for pleasure. And the content of yacht clubs and spa centers falls on the shoulders of residents. Since not everyone wants to pay for what he does not use, people are selected by interests. After all, if everyone has yachts, then somewhere they need to ride and hold them.
